What you can expect when you choose Independent Tile Services​

• I will return your call the same day and meet with you within 24 hours of our conversation to evaluate your tile needs.
• I will be more than happy to meet with you at a tile showroom to assist you with your tile selection, free of charge.
• I will provide you with a long list of satisfied customers.
• I work alone and on one project at a time to ensure quality control.
• I will personally handle the demolition phase of the project, removing old tiles, fiberglass units and all types of floor coverings.
• I specialize in the reconstruction of water damaged areas.
• I use the highest quality building and setting materials available to ensure proper installation and longevity.
• If your remodel involves the installation of a new vanity or wood baseboard, I handle these aspects of the project as well.
• If we need other trades (plumber, electrician) I will handle the scheduling, and you will contract with them directly.
• For the safety of your family my work area is always kept clean, and my tools are put away at the end of each workday.
• I will work weekends if needed.
• After the project is complete, if you have any questions feel free to call, you will receive the same prompt response and courtesy as before we contracted the job. ​This is my "Guarantee."
• Tile/Grout cleaning, stain, colorant applications.

Greg Wilkin is an artistic, talented, hard worker who makes good use of his time.  My bathroom project was reasonably priced and expertly done. He cares about his creations and customers, which is rare these days in the construction business.
